CUSTOMER SERVICES/SALES ASSISTANT job- Newton, MA

A small but busy, internationally related company in Newton, MA is in search of two part time Customer Service/Sales Assistants to join their team.
The primary responsibilities would be to answer incoming calls and emails, receive and process customer orders, handle the billing and receivables including sales and payment processing. You will also support the General Manager with the day to day tasks of the office as needed.   

The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office and the Internet, a professional telephone manner, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented and the ability to work independently as well as a team player.

These permanent (not seasonal/summer) positions are about 25-28 hours a week each and are flexible with the effort to cover the phones daily from 9AM to 5PM. They are looking for candidates who can work full days (8 hours); so, if you have classes on T/Th, and could possibly work a full day MWF then you would be eligible to apply. They are not looking for weekend help.
 
College students are welcome to apply. The salary range is $12 to $14 an hour depending on experience.
