Position Title: Retail Boutique Summer Intern
The Retail Intern will shadow a Boutique Management Team in order to discover how a Dior Boutique is managed.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Develop understanding of the craftsmanship and history of Dior products
- Provide customer service and sales support
- Assist with client database management
- Analyze boutique performance
- Assist operations team in stock management and cycle counts
- Prepare marketing materials for clients (i.e. for holiday gift giving)
- Act as a host of the Dior Boutique
Skills and Competencies:
-Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
-Attention to detail
- “Outside of the box” thinking
-Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, and other office equipment
Requirements:
-Strong passion and appreciation for luxury
-Fluency in one or more foreign languages, Mandarin preferred
-Ability to receive Academic Credit for the internship
