With such a great demand for our services, we are looking to add a junior member to our team to learn our business and join forces with our senior partners to help recruit candidates for specific openings at our client companies.
This is by no means a “boiler room” environment with high-pressure closing, but we certainly do advocate for consultative selling – and we will train you to do exactly that for us when you encounter a prospective client with a hiring need. You’ll enjoy the rewarding feeling of helping great people land great jobs. You’ll welcome the challenge of building rapport and negotiating with key decision makers at various hiring organizations. You’ll embrace the back-and-forth “game” that comes with sales negotiations, and you will have fun in the process.
Sound pretty good so far? Here’s what we are looking for: Bachelor’s Degree, some sales or business experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
