 As a member of our Traveler Support team, you will respond to travelers’ questions as they prepare to travel around the globe. If you have strong communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm, we will provide the necessary training to help you be successful.

Job Description:
- Build and foster relationships with our Travelers
- Provide high quality customer service by responding to our traveler's calls and emails
- Partner with your team and other business units to resolve our travelers issues and concerns
- Present recommendations to improve our processes and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to create best practices
- Strive to exceed individual and department goals
- Ability to resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain adherence to fixed schedules to support call volume

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and active listening skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Strong PC skills, including keyboard familiarity, MS Word and Excel
- Call center experience a plus
- Travel industry experience/personal international travel experience a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
