Essential Duties:
1. Prepares
markers for stock, mail and special orders, using CAD equipment.2. Rewinds and inspects markers in order to avoid errors.
3. Retrieves pieces from completed jobs for use in further manufacturing.
4. Prepares patterns from plastic materials including cutting.
5. Performs such similar, comparable or related duties, as may be required, including guiding and assisting other CAD Marker Makers.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Working level knowledge in the use of CAD (computer-assisted drafting)
equipment, and pattern cutting in the garment industry.
Experience:
One year performing cutting duties in the garment manufacturing industry
is required.
