Scribble it is a high-end boutique gift shop located in Newton, MA specializing in personalized hand painted items for children and adults. They are walking distance from the Newton Highlands T-stop. The store has been in business for over 20 years and has been under the ownership of Heather Hilton for the past four. With many long time customers the consistency of products, artwork and level of service is imperative to customer satisfaction.
Scribble it is seeking a part-time employee approximately 30-35 hours per week for sales assistance. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. Responsibilities include handling customer orders, inquires and sales, gift wrap/ prep of orders being picked up or shipped, with some product placement and merchandising. Store hours are weekdays 10am-6pm Saturdays from 10am-5pm. The employer is willing to hire someone just for the summer as well!
